During all the excitement of the photo shoot, it’s easy to forget that we’re also working really hard to get you the marketing tools you deserve. Here are some of our policies that keep the business end of things running smoothly, so we can concentrate on having fun the day of your shoot.

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session. The deposit is 50% of your total session fee. Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express). Returned checks are subject to a $40 service charge.

We require 2 business days to reschedule and there is a $25 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling short of 2 business days is subject to a $25 rescheduling fee plus half of your deposit. Cancellations or no-shows are subject to full loss of deposit. If you are 15 minutes late or more for your shoot, you will incur a $25 late fee.

If a re-shoot is required for technical reasons, there will be no charge. Re-shoots requested for any other reason will cost $1 per exposure. (i.e. $100 for 100 exposures). Re-shoots do not include hair & make-up costs. All re-shoot requests must be made within 2 weeks of original shoot date. No custom prints may be ordered from a session requiring a re-shoot.

If we are prepping your files for duplication, once you approve a proof and it is sent ot the lab, additional adjustments are made by the lab at a price determined by the lab.

There are no refunds or exceptions to any of the above policies.
